TERMS AND CONDITIONS

- All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted

- Buyer understands that certain manufacturers require Buyer to accept specific terms and conditions in order to use manufacturers’ products. Arendt Consulting LLC (dba AGCS Inc) shall provide those terms, including any End User License Agreements (EULAs) to Buyer upon Buyer’s request and Buyer shall comply with manufacturers’ terms and conditions.

- Hardware / Software maintenance support as a product includes the publishing of bug / defect fixes via patches and updates / upgrades in function and technology to maintain the operability and usability of the hardware / software product. 

- Hardware / Software maintenance as a product is billed at the time of purchase.

- All orders shipped via ground delivery will be FOB Destination CONUS. The government will be responsible for all freight charges on overnight, 2-day delivery, and OCONUS shipments. Arendt Consulting LLC will prepay these charges and include them on the resulting invoice.

- Standard Delivery: Item(s) shall be delivered within 30 calendar days ARO unless otherwise stated on this quote.

- Additional Terms and Conditions may apply and be listed on a seperate attachment

- All Purchase Orders or Awards must include: End User Name, Phone Number, Email Address, Purchase Order Number, Government Contract Number or AGCS Inc's Quote Number, Bill-To and Ship-To Address (Cannot ship to a PO Box), Period of Performance (if applicable), and a Signature of a duly Authorized Representative.”

- By accepting a quote from AGCS Inc or providing a purchase order for this quote, Buyer is agreeing to any and all additional terms and conditions of the quote, to include payment terms.

-Invoices will not be accepted or recognized until all applicable tracking information and relative serial numbers, support contracts and or specific order related information has been provided.

- Product returns are subject to approval from vendor and may be subject to a restocking fee. Please notify Arendt Consulting LLC of any defects or return request within (30) days of receipt.

-Arendt Consulting LLC will refund orders if notified of a request to cancel an order within 30 days after shipment and vendor has approved cancellation. If Hardware is shipped then the refund will be subject to a restocking fee.

- If Buyer pays by credit card, Buyer represents that it is the owner of or is authorized to use the credit card and Buyer authorizes Arendt Consulting to charge the credit card for all transactions through the Stripe platform, unless otherwise specified. If Arendt Consulting extends credit to Buyer, Buyer will be invoiced on the agreed upon terms.

- Please note that credit card purchases may be subject to a fee as stated on the quote.
